Coaching Terms & Conditions
1. Coaching Relationship
Coaching is a collaborative and creative partnership that supports you in stepping into your leadership, exploring ideas and challenges, and moving toward meaningful change.
As your coach, my role is to hold space, ask powerful questions, and support your growth - not to offer therapy, counselling, or legal/financial/medical advice. Coaching is not a substitute for mental health care.
You remain the expert in your life, and ultimately, you are responsible for your choices, actions, and outcomes.
2. Confidentiality
Our conversations are held in confidence. I will never share your personal information unless required by law (e.g., in cases of serious harm or legal obligation).
I may take light notes to support our work, which remain private. Occasionally, I might seek supervision or mentoring to deepen my own practice. In these cases, only broad themes are shared, never identifying details.
3. Session Logistics
Sessions are held over Zoom / phone / in person, as agreed. Each one is 60 minutes.
After some sessions - particularly at the beginning - you may receive a short follow-up email with reflections or suggested practices to support your integration and momentum.
4. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Life happens, and flexibility is part of the process. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours notice. Changes with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited or charged, unless we agree otherwise.
If I need to move a session, I’ll give as much notice as I can and ensure we find a new time that works.
5. Payment & Refunds
Sessions or packages are paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Once a package begins, refunds are not typically available, but I understand that circumstances can shift. If something significant comes up, I encourage open dialogue so we can explore the best way forward together.
If a payment is delayed, sessions may be paused until the balance is settled.
6. Commitment & Results
Coaching works best when you’re curious, committed, and willing to explore new perspectives - both in and between sessions.
While I don’t guarantee specific results (every journey is unique), my intention is always to offer a space of clarity, insight, and growth.
If at any point coaching no longer feels aligned, we’ll check in and explore next steps or possible referrals.
7. Testimonials
At the end of our coaching together, I may invite you to share feedback or a testimonial (with your consent). You're always free to decline or to remain anonymous.
8. Ending the Coaching Agreement
Either of us can choose to complete the coaching relationship by sharing notice via email.
If you’ve purchased a package and have unused sessions, we’ll either schedule them, hold them as credit (valid for 6 months), or arrange a fair refund based on what we’ve agreed.
I also offer a closing session to reflect, integrate, and honour your progress - it's a meaningful way to bring the coaching container to a close.
